I have worked as UX Lead at Vibrent Health located in the Washington, D.C. metro area. The National Institutes of Health (NIH) has entrusted us to be the technology platform supporting the All of Us program, a part of the Precision Medicine Initiative.

As Senior UX Designer/Lead, my responsibilities included:
Designing intuitive and innovative interfaces that champion for the end users, with mindful consideration to aligning product with business goals
Developing compelling data visualizations to smoothly deliver massive tabular data as actionable flows, with particular attention to security protocols, product requirements, accessibility and HIPAA standards
Formulate usability testing logistics and scripts. Facilitate customized tests at Polygon Lab, Vibrent’s state of the art behavioral research facility
Implementing effective VQA protocols and collaborating with developers, architects, and QA engineers to provide optimal solutions while practicing agile principles
Preparing mockups and proof of concepts during requirements gathering with product owners and managers
Performing a comprehensive component audit of the SaaS product. Creating and implementing a robust design system of components and patterns
