Performing in-depth user research, business process analyses and end-user interviews. Our dedicated team synthesized data and created artifacts to deliver prioritized recommendations.
Co-creating UX/UI solutions with federal stakeholders, SMEs and end users. I built high-fidelity prototypes and scripts in order to test usability of digital products pre-and post-release.
